Overcoming The User Issues: Best Practices For Running Citizen Conflict

• For the smoothest experience make sure to install the game client on a fast SSD disk. This will help improve loading times and overall performance.

• Keep your drivers and system up to date. Although upgrading to Windows 11 is not necessary, it's important to install the latest patches for your current Windows version (Windows 8 or newer).

• Allow outgoing connections in your firewall and antivirus software. It's ideal to create exceptions specifically for the game to ensure uninterrupted gameplay.

If you encounter a warning from Windows about a potentially dangerous application:

• Click on "More Info" and proceed to allow the application to launch.

If you receive an error message stating "You don't have the required asset":

• Visit qorpo.world and log in to your QORPO ID account.

• In case you haven't done so yet, go to Manage section in QORPO ID, lock your Alpha Key by following quick instructions below.

How to Lock your Alpha Key

1. To access your QORPO ID account, go to either qorpo.world or citizenconflict.com. Look for the Sign Up button located at the top right corner of the page and click on it. You will be directed to the registration page. Once on the registration page, scroll down and find the Log In option. Click on it to switch to the login mode. Enter your credentials to log into your QORPO ID account.

2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the QORPO ID home page or dashboard.

3. To lock your Alpha Key before downloading the game, access the "Manage" section in the upper menu. From there, navigate to the "Wallet" section under QORPO ID. Locate your Alpha Key in the leftmost column as displayed below.

4. To gain access to the game, you need to lock your Alpha Key. You can do this by clicking on the settings icon and selecting the lock option. Alternatively, you can choose the view option, and the overview of your Alpha Key will appear, allowing you to lock it from there as well.

5. After clicking on the lock button, a popup will appear, informing you that you are locking your asset off-chain. Both the virtual asset Alpha Key and NFT Alpha Key are handled off-chain, which means there are no on-chain transaction fees. Simply click on the Confirm button and proceed.

If you don't have an alpha key, please request one through our support channel on our Discord server. Feel free to ask for the Alpha Key and our admin will get back to you asap.

If you successfully log in but the game restarts to the Pegi and login screen:

• It's likely that you have an outdated client installed. Delete the old client from your computer.

• Download the latest client from qorpo.world > QORPO ID.

• Make sure not to rename any files or add anything inside the downloaded folder.

• Always delete the old client before extracting the newly downloaded one.

If your graphics card is not being utilized while playing the game:

• Ensure that you have DirectX 12 installed and working correctly.

• Update all your drivers to the latest versions.

• Consider disabling the integrated graphics card for optimal performance. Here's how:

• Press the Windows + X key simultaneously.

• Click on "Device Manager" and expand the "Display adapters" section.

• Right-click on the integrated graphics driver and select "Disable device."

If your GPU is less powerful than an RTX 2070 and you experience lags:

• In the game settings, change from bordered fullscreen to windowed mode.
• Lower the graphical details to medium.
• Start decreasing the resolution until you achieve a smooth gaming experience.

Note that lower graphic details can significantly decrease the overall gaming experience.

• Open the disk clean up tool.

• Select the hard drive where the game was downloaded.

• For added safety, ensure that the game is fully deleted from both hard drives where it was installed.

• Clear the recycle bin to remove any remaining game files.

• Redownload the game from the appropriate source.
