Citizen Phrase mechanism explained
Our system introduces an innovative off-chain mechanism where each NFT is linked to a unique five-word secret phrase, securely stored in our database. As players progress and hit milestones within the game, segments of this secret phrase are gradually disclosed.
A correct guess prompts a celebratory modal, after which our system, authorized by the Citizen Zero smart contract, initiates the setSecretPhrase function. This action inscribes the NFT's secret phrase onto the blockchain and assigns a unique order number, reflecting the user's rank in the sequence of successful guessers. This process enriches the NFT's metadata with new attributes, dynamically enhancing its profile based on these achievements.
Unlock your unique Citizen Phrase
To get your Citizen Phrase in the right order, first you have to unlock all the clues by getting kills in Citizen Conflict. Every Citizen Phrase is unique, thus, there are a total of 2,222 phrases, each specific for every NFT from the Citizen Zero collection. Once you unlock all five words in the slots, you are encouraged to arrange them in correct order using simple drag and drop mechanics. Once you have it done, you become officially Selected One and earn a special number behind the hashtag (#), which is generated based on the order in which you completed your Citizen Phrase.
EXAMPLE: Any Citizen Zero NFT holder who arranges the Citizen Phrase first, will get number 1 behind the hashtag. On the other hand, the Citizen Zero holder who manages to compose the unique Citizen Phrase last, will get the number 2,222 behind the hashtag (in case everyone will unlock their Citizen Phrase).
Enjoy gameplay, deal kills and mint your unique number
Citizen Conflict was tailored to live and breathe with esports. Besides the handful of tournaments fueling up the esports mayhem, the time to shoot your way up has just begun. We present you with the benchmarks of kills you need to deal to unlock the words in your unique Citizen Phrase. Once you have all the words unlocked, complete the riddle by putting all the words in the correct order. It takes killing to become the Selected One. To enable the counting of kills you deal toward unlocking your Citizen Phrase, you have to lock your Citizen Zero asset on our web and equip the Citizen Zero skin in the game inventory.
To unlock your full Citizen Phrase, you will have to deal the total of 2,000 kills cumulatively. Here you can see the summary of a kill-count you have to reach per every unlocked word in the phrase:
- 1st word: 100 kills
- 2nd word: 350 kills
- 3rd word: 400 kills
- 4th word: 500 kills
- 5th word: 650 kills
Just don’t forget to mint your unique Citizen Zero number once you have completed your Citizen Phrase.
WARNING: If you successfully complete your Citizen Phrase, you must make sure to mint your number by re-minting your Citizen Zero NFT to save the progression and become the Selected One. If you fail to re-mint your NFT, your unique number won’t be saved, even if you composed your Citizen Phrase in correct order.
