Besides polishing the gameplay and elimnating several bugs, we invite you to embark on the new experience with more balanced gameplay, optimized maps, enhanced gunplay, and sevral new animations, adding another layer to the game.
What to look forward to in Citizen Conflict Alpha 2.0.3?
Gameplay Tweaks
- Improved overall game performance
- More balanced and optimized maps
- Added option for ADS sensitivity
- Movement speed optimization - slowed down to provide for smoother gun fights
- Further gunplay tweaks - more balanced shooting trajectory and recoil
- Frag grenades have been nerfed (from 100 to 70 dmg)
Design Tweaks
- General camera fixes
- New dashboard background
- New pistol animation
Character Improvements
- Higher level of control over characters during airtime
- More balanced Thunder's special ability Thunderbolt Grenade:
- Greatly reduced damage - from 50 per tick to 15
- Flash effect duration and range buffed
- Cooldown prolonged from 3 seconds to 15 seconds
Balanced Air Control
We have significantly improved the control you have over your character while in the air. This feature comes especially handy since Citizen Conflict maps, foremost Poseidon Hotel, are equipped with jump pads, bringing an extra layer to the fast-paced action. Now you can wield your hero through the air with additional precision and control.
Gunplay Improvements
Besides new, more realistic pistols animation, we have done serious improvements to aim sensitivity settings. Gunplay is one of the crucial aspects of the Citizen Conflict experience. With a more polished and balanced gun behavior, you can count on even more thrill-fueled matches.
Thunder Character Optimization
After the first few rounds of Citizen Conflict tournaments, we realized that Thunder is a little bit OP. While we want to offer the most out of his impeccable abilities, we felt it important to reduce the impact of his Thunderbolt Grenade. To optimize his ability for more balanced gameplay, we increased the reload period, decreased the damage, and reduced the duration of the flash effect.
